Main duties of the job
We are seeking a highly
motivated CMP who will be responsible for delivering a clinical service to entitled
personnel. You will be working within a multi-disciplinary team. The successful
post holder will be an efficient and supportive asset to the team
The successful postholder will be responsible for providingprimary and occupational Healthcare in line
with General Medical Council (GMC) Standards to ensure that the organisational
and Principal/Senior Medical Officer's (PMO/SMO) objectives are achieved to optimise patient
care.

Job responsibilities
Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
Providing general healthcare to all registered patients during normal practice hours.
Participating in the mentoring of junior
personnel, helping to ensure
that their training needs, as defined in the Practice Development Plan, are met
and that any shortfalls are identified and addressed.
Undertaking mandatory medical examinations and provide appropriate occupational
healthcare and advice, and all supporting administrative duties.
Providing primary care emergency treatment to any patient who may require this within
the Establishment.

The selection at sift stage will be based on your CV . At interview,
you will be tested against the following Behaviours:

The sift will be completed within 5 working days of the vacancy closing date. Interviews will be held on a date to be confirmed.
There will be no reimbursement for any travel expenses for the interview.
