Job summary
The post holder will support the Senior Service Delivery manager and the Data Management Operational team to ensure that their BAU work streams are planned and managed effectively and will take the lead in assisting in the successful delivery of our services to external and internal customers.
This job is advertised as a 12-month fixed term contract, but there is a possibility this could be extended to a permanent post as the current post holder is going on a career break.

The post holder will manage a team of 3 staff members and will report to the Senior Service Delivery manager. We work in a fast-paced environment, and the post holder will have to manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining high standards of customer service.

- Liaise with the organisational and departmental customer base to gather requirements and develop high quality reporting solutions for agree KPIs and team performance.
- Lead the development, maintenance, enhancement and documentation of the systems and protocols in use by the Data Services Team.
- Plan and lead a broad range of complex Data Services projects across the service to develop and deliver effective support to CSU customers.
- Manage staff, programmes and projects or ongoing work-streams that address key BI and analytical needs of the CSU and its customers.
