Job summary

The SCW Mental Health Portfolio is recruiting to a role of Mental Health Project Manager. With over 60 years of experience in mental health and the public sector between us, the portfolio's expertise ranges from commissioning and governance, front line roles as registered clinicians, psychological expertise, mental health data analytics and high quality project management.

Main duties of the job

  • Provide support to programmes and projects, ensuring provision of accurate data, interpretations and comparisons on a range of options requiring understanding of complex information.
  • Work with mental health project team and provide expert management support to the wider directorate as required, including the use of analysis, the development of qualitative and quantitative measures to determine performance within the projects.
  • Work with colleagues in other departments to ensure that information relating to the mental health projects can be identified, analysed & presented appropriately to relevant stakeholders, in order for it to result in service change.
  • Maintain effective, collaborative and productive relationships with customers and other stakeholders (as required) to act as a subject matter expert for mental health

About us

You will be joining a fast paced, dynamic team working across the mental health landscape: at PCN and place level, with ICSs and providers at system level, and with the national and regional NHSE teams. You will be responsible for a range of different projects at any one time and will need to be organised and adaptable.
