We run a successful Graduate Management Programme, graduates undertake a period of induction where they are introduced to SCW to get an understanding of how we operate, meet with key colleagues, meet with grad alumni, current grads and formally start the programme with a cohort of graduates.

After our corporate induction you will then commence with a specific department, starting your local induction and role. You will gain hands-on business experience, completing projects and pieces of work within each area. There is a huge amount we need to achieve together, and you will thrive on the challenge!
