Job summary

We have an exciting new role at SCW for an IT Service Level Performance Analyst!

Are you proficient and numerical with an understanding of the ITIL operating model and a desire to work within the NHS; ensuring value for public money and helping to improve outcomes for patients through innovative, efficient and robust management within Informatics services?

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be responsible for developing reports, monitoring and reporting performance against IT service KPI targets, supporting instigation of actions to eliminate poor service and to improve service quality where required. The role also supports service & KPI development, the creation of SLA's and OLA's, Informatics Services and supplier performance management and creating, maintaining/developing process and procedural documentation.

You will need a good understanding of IT services, ITIL Foundation and an eye for detail, you will have great Excel skills, experience of using PowerBI to present data and either experience of using SQL or a willingness to learn.
