Job responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a range of exciting clinical and non-clinical projects across the integrated care system and will be at the forefront of delivery, working with partners across the system to bring about change for our staff and patients. Example projects within the portfolio include:

• Microsoft 365 for the NHS (N365) spanning 14.4M patient population.
• Data Management Azure Migration
• Technical platform onboarding that requires project management input.

Person Specification

Education

Essential

• Educated to masters level or equivalent level of experience of working at a senior level in specialist area
• Evidence of continued professional development.

Desirable

• Registered PPM Professional - PRINCE2 and/or MSP
• Relevant Agile Certification (e.g. PMI-ACP, APMG, CPO, CEC, PSM, SA, CDA)

Knowledge & Experience

• Extensive experience of managing and leading complex projects involving a range of stakeholders / suppliers / technology
• Comprehensive knowledge of programme and project principles, techniques and tools, such as Prince 2, Agile, Microsoft Project and MSP.
• Demonstrated experience of co-ordinating projects in complex and challenging environments
