Job summary

The Senior Data Architect role is responsible for the overarching technical deliverables of their team within Data Management Services, and these services cover the whole of the SCW footprint and both its internal and external customers.

The post holder will be responsible for the successful delivery of technical services to customers of South, Central and West. Ensuring that the service is delivered in line with SCW core values. The successful candidate will need to ensure that the service meets and exceeds both internal and external customers' expectations.

Main duties of the job

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the Data Architecture team is robust and delivers high quality services on behalf of the organisation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Ensure all activities undertaken by the department follow NHS guidelines and protect the privacy of patients.

The role will provide direct support to the Head of Data Architect and will lead their team to ensure that work and programmes are planned and carried out effectively.
