Job summary
We are looking for a talented individual to join a new and evolving Clinical Registries Team; someone who has a drive and passion in delivering an exemplar service and who would like to progress a career in this profession.
The applicant should possess a comprehensive knowledge of project management and/or health information systems development along with workforce development knowledge and experience. They should also have experience of project/programme management or service delivery and it is essential that the applicant is a clear communicator involving often complex matters and of sensitive and confidential nature. They should possess excellent writing, report writing and presentation skills with advanced use of Microsoft Office.
Main duties of the job
The main duties of this role are managing the audit functions and development for their responsible registry or audit. This requires a high degree of knowledge and experience of many aspects of the Clinical Registry system. The Audit Lead is required to exercise a high degree of initiative, collaborative working and independent action.They will support teams to ensure that the portfolio of tasks/projects is planned, managed and delivered effectively as well as supporting effective communication and stakeholder management, both internally and externally.
