Job summary

We are looking for a talented individual to join the Direct Commissioning Integrated Business Intelligence Team; someone who has a drive and passion in delivering an exemplar service and who would like to progress a career in this profession.

Main duties of the job

The main duties of this role are to provide data and insights, in relation to NHS England Direct Commissioned Services and NHS England Delegated services, to a range of stakeholders. It require a strong technical skill set, including SQL and dashboard development.

Essential

Educated to degree level or equivalent level of experience of working at a similar level in specialist area - information / data analysis.
Some experience of working in data analysis roles
Experience of undertaking analysis of information from a range of sources
Good data manipulation & interpretation skills using MS Excel

Desirable

Experience and understanding of evaluating and measuring the performance of health services
Experience working on reports using Microsoft SQL server.
An understanding of health and social care policy
Ability to take end user requests and provide the analysis and reports they required to a high level of accuracy and necessary detail.
