Job summary
The role will develop, implement and manage multiple services with the aim of providing effective governance towards project delivery. They will take ownership of PMO services and work with the project and technical teams to ensure any developed processes are successful.The role will support the business in driving transformation through the identification and definition of Programmes of work, and will ensure value for money in planning, and commissioning of these programmes.The post holder will support the management of the implementation of innovation and target operating model projects and programmes for Arden & GEM or Arden & GEM customers.The role will lead cross-disciplinary teams, in order to define, develop and deliver solutions and supporting processes required to meet an agreed set of requirements.

Main duties of the job

- Ensuring progress reporting, risk and issue management, managing the relevant programme delivery team's business support function, developing and maintaining the team's project or programme scope, PID and plan is delivered and monitored to a high standard.
