Job summary
The Business Intelligence Services team are looking for a Graduate Information Analyst to join them. The service offers data analysis, reporting, and intelligence to a wide array of clients across the health sector, including Integrated Care Boards, General Practices, and Hospitals as well as other NECS staff based across England. The Graduate Information Analyst is a key role in developing our service to ensure that our customers are provided with the best and most appropriate information with which to make decisions to the benefit of health service provision.
The post will be based at John Snow House, Durham and is part of the NECS100 Programme, NECS Talent Management Programme, and requires the undertaking of post-graduate development.
This is a Graduate Development Role and we are therefore not expecting applicants to have all of the essential criteria when applying. Due to this the salary is an amended training salary. Applicants need to have a degree in a relevant field.

Main duties of the job
Candidates will provide operational support for the Business Intelligence team, managers, and colleagues, including:
Processing existing data, and production of information reports in an accurate and timely manner
Developing new data and information reports meeting customer requirements
Providing data analysis appropriate to the priorities of our customers
Interpreting and utilising existing data sources and advising NECS colleagues and customers in their use
Responding to queries from customers and other NECS internal teams
