Due to our current graduates progressing into permanent roles with us, we are looking for an enthusiastic Finance graduate to join the NECS Finance team. The team of over 90 staff offers full financial support services to a wide array of clients across the health sector. As a Finance Graduate, we will provide you with a range of training opportunities across the different teams within the Finance Department over the course of the 2-year position.
This role is part of the NECS100 Programme, NECS' talent management programme and requires the completion of post-graduate development.
We offer hybrid working in this role meaning that the successful candidate can work from a mixture of locations including home, NECS offices and customer locations.

Main duties of the job
This role will be responsible for:
Using a range of financial systems, and IT systems
Supporting key projects to improve patient care, and to improve efficiency,
Working with our Financial Accounting, Financial Management, Continuing Healthcare, Corporate and Commercial Finance, and Strategic Finance teams on a rotational basis, achieving key competencies as you move between the teams.
Managing your own professional training progression with support from the Finance team.
