We are looking to recruit a new member of our senior management team with responsibility for the day to day running of our Preston office working alongside the Assistant Operations manager for Leeds site. The role requires the ability to work on your own initiative but also a member of a team working to provide a seamless service across both our sites. The post holder will have experience in change management and leading teams through significant change. This is a very exciting time to join the service ahead of the delivery of the biggest changes in over 30 years.
This role is based in our Preston office with occasional travel to other sites.
Main duties of the job
This role will be responsible for:
Ensure KPIs are consistently met whilst attainting high levels of quality and accuracy
Maintain a focus on continuous improvement; always working to achieve a better customer experience, improved efficiency, and better quality
The post holder will require excellent communication skills, able to provide sensitive and / or contentious information successfully
Write and deliver presentations and training to groups of staff, customers and stakeholders
The post holder will have strong analytical and problem solving skills
Experienced in change management and the ability to guide teams through change.
