We are looking for an enthusiastic analyst to join the Information Services team. The team of eleven offers data analysis, reporting and intelligence services to a wide array of clients across the commissioning health sector as well as NECS staff based across England. Senior Information Analyst is a key role in ensuring that our customers are provided with the best and most appropriate information with which to make decisions to the benefit of health provision.
This role is based at Riverside House, Newburn Riverside, Newcastle upon Tyne. We offer hybrid working in this role meaning that the successful candidate can work from a mixture of locations including home, NECS offices and customer locations.
Main duties of the job
This role will be responsible for:
The development of data and information dashboards using appropriate tools and software.
Carrying out complex analytical tasks.
The development of new data and information reports meeting customer expectations.
Acting as a point of contact and expertise in the areas of data analysis and Information Services to NECS colleagues and customers.
Responding to queries from customers and NECS
Interpreting and utilising existing data sources and advising NECS colleagues and customers in their use.
