An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Digital Transformation and Optimisation Consultant to join North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) Digital Transformation & Optimisation Service on a permanent basis.
Working with a team of staff offering business analysis and business change and benefits services as well as project support office services to a wide array of clients across the health sector, including Primary Care, Social Care, Community Services, NHSE&I bodies, Pharmacies, Local Trusts and Local Authorities as well as NECS staff based across England.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will provide BA and BC&B expertise, leading a team supporting the development, implementation and monitoring of workstreams acting as the senior specialist expert in providing advice and guidance to a team of dedicated individuals
The post holder will provide comprehensive progress reports to the Programme Board as per the agreed reporting schedule and on an ad hoc basis as the need arises
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of a team and will be involved in recruitment and on boarding as well as review other integrated team/directorate staff within a matrix management environment to support the delivery of work. Working closely with programme leads and sponsor directors to ensure interdependencies across all programme areas are considered and actions aligned. They will be able to provide leadership, direction and support to ensure a consistent approach to deliver organisational objectives
Support the development of NECS corporate identity through a strong contribution to developing the vision, strategic direction, values, and culture of the organisation. Promote and develop the culture of a learning organisation committed to high quality of care and continuous improvement
They will lead the development of partnerships and influence key stakeholders in the health economy to ensure the widest possible participation in the health and social care agenda

- Training, Broadcasting and Data Quality Service Requirements:
- PGCE or CertEd Teaching Certificate or equivalent experience.
