Job summary
Are you a customer-focused, self-motivated and talented Data Quality Specialist? Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference within an evolving team?
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic individual to join the Data Quality Specialist team here within the NECS Yorkshire Digital Transformation & Optimisation service. The team create and deliver effective data quality analysis, training and support to our customers in GP practices and the wider NHS. The team continues to develop, to meet the demands of our customers and to implement local and national policy developments, therefore we seek to appoint a Primary Care Data Quality Specialist who is qualified, committed and motivated to help us in this task.
Your base will be at our Northallerton offices; however we offer hybrid working in this role meaning that the successful candidate will work predominately from home, with a mixture of other locations including, other NECS offices and customer locations across Humber and North Yorkshire ICB.
Test: You will be required to demonstrate your SystmOne Clinical System and Microsoft Excel skills at the interview.
Main duties of the job
The role will be responsible for:
Practising advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and experience through all primary care data quality projects.
Providing data quality knowledge and experience to customers, with experience of working with a GP practice would be a distinct advantage.
Applying excellent communication and customer service skills to your data quality training delivery.
Supporting the successful delivery of the primary care data quality agenda and any other deliverables aligned to the departments portfolio.
Developing high quality suites of data resources as per specification, exceeding expectations, and deadlines.
Key objectives specific to the role:
The successful candidate must have experience and knowledge of SystmOne and/or EMIS Web.
You will have a methodical, yet flexible approach to your work and pay great attention to detail.
Be responsible and proactive in sharing skill sets with your team.
