Due to ongoing projects and increased demand, we are looking for an individual to support our senior management team on a temporary basis. The role is office based in Leeds and will require onsite presence 5 days per week. You will provide support on all aspects of admin including the organisation of meetings and workshops, note taking, diary coordination and other tasks linked to project requirements. You'll work closely with the operational and project management teams, as well as external stakeholders and NHSE teams. The role will require someone who can self-motivated with the ability to meet tight targets and deadlines and work under pressure.
This role is based at the Lister House office in Leeds.
Main duties of the job
This role will be responsible for:
To provide a high quality, professional and responsive personal assistant and administrative service to directors/senior managers
Arrange meetings and set up any rooms/equipment required.
Ensure that all aspects of meetings/conferences are organised, and agendas developed. Ensuring that appropriate equipment is available and set up (e.g. projectors)
Manage the Directors /senior managers diaries in a pro-active and efficient manner, based on all information from emails, meeting requests and travel itineraries.
Attend and accurately minute complex internal and external meetings/events as required.
Manage relationships with administrators of client representatives and other external partners.
Schedule and manage the travel arrangements for Directors/senior managers, saving as much time and expenditure as possible.
Screen visitors, emails and telephone calls for Directors/senior managers.
