Group across 2 sites, one in Ashington and one in Newbiggin.

Job responsibilities
The scope of the job is contained within the management function. The post-holder will work closely
with the Management Team carrying out the day-to-day administrative activities and office systems as
directed.
Personal Aspects:
Working in a self-directed and self-managed way taking responsibility for organising activities from
planning/scheduling through to completion.
Being able to accept and deal with ownership of activities.
Using ones own initiative to suggest solutions to organisational problems.
Organising, prioritising and managing ones own workload in a busy and pressured environment.
Recognising the boundaries for autonomous decision-making and where more senior assistance
must be sought.
Working in a rapidly changing environment.
Adhering to the values of the Practice.
Organisational Aspects:
Providing an efficient administrative and office service to the Management team.
Preparing, updating and distributing documentation and information resources for internal and
external use as directed, using an appropriately presented style.
Providing support to the Management Team for external engagements, internal events and
meetings and staff well-being. Providing support to the Management Team for premises and housekeeping.
Co-ordinating and administering cost effective and efficient purchasing and stock control systems.
