Two posts are available one at Lintonville Surgery, Ashington and the other at Wellway Surgery Morpeth

Why Work For Us?

Innovative thinking, a commitment to care and a focus on well-being take precedence in the Valens workplace, and colleagues are always on hand to support one another.

At the heart of our success is the commitment of our multidisciplinary team. It is their blend of skills, knowledge and experience that brings what we do to life. Our nursing team and nurse practitioners work closely with our GPs and multi-disciplinary team to provide the very best patient care.

You will be joining a supportive nursing team. We believe that every voice counts, so your input will be essential and you will be encouraged to feed into the Valens Nurse Board, which is integral in helping to achieve our vision and shape the Nursing team for the future.

Our teams work hard to provide high-quality care - rated Outstanding by the CQC - to approximately 52,000 patients across eight surgeries in Northumberland.

We are also proud to be a practice with a strong educational culture, which makes for an exciting and inspiring environment in which to work, thrive and continue learning.
