Job summary
Working independently as required and undertaking tasks delegated by a registered practitioner.
Responsible for some elements of patient assessment and implementing programmes of care within the endoscopy environment.
Post is band 4 (annex 21), must be willing to study and achieve QCF level 4 to gain band 4 pay
Main duties of the job
Working in line with HCSW Code of Conduct and Code of Practice.
Working in endoscopy, across all 3 sites. Caring for patients undergoing endoscopy, completing care pathways and assisting with procedures. Working with the registered staff providing high quality care for both in patients and outpatients undergoing endoscopy.
Successful applicants must have QCF level 3 and willing to study and work towards level 4 to gain band 4 pay (after successful completion of study).
