Job summary
An opportunity has arisen to join an enthusiastic and skilled administrative team within the Neath Port Talbot Community Reablement Team. The Administrative Assistant will be an integral member of Community Reablement supporting multiple services and working on their own initiative while providing a comprehensive and effective administration service within the department.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will communicate and liaise with staff, patients and members of partner organisations, produce work to deadlines whilst ensuring compliance with Health Board policies. This is a key supporting role in the effective running of the team, which includes the management of resources, data entry, telephony work and general administrative duties which contribute to the effective running of the wider service. The duties and responsibilities are not intended to be exhaustive, but are set out to indicate the main areas of activity currently expected. The post holder will, therefore, be expected to adopt a flexible approach when the needs of the service require.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
