Due to a recent restructure, informed by the need and direction of the organisation and its stakeholders, an exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen within the Culture, Organisational Development & Staff Experience Team to appoint to 2 Leadership & OD Facilitator posts. These posts will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the people aims, set out in our People Strategy, the Health Board's vision for a high quality organisation and the embedding of our 'One Bay Way'. In particular, the post holders will use their specialist knowledge to identify, plan, design, deliver and evaluate the Clinical and Non-clinical Leadership Development Programmes and Bespoke Organisational Development activities to meet organisational objectives and workforce requirements.

Main duties of the job

The Leadership & Organisational Development Facilitator will support the Head of OD, Culture & Staff Experience and the Leadership & OD Lead with operational management of staff. They will operationally deliver the leadership and organisational development offering under the direction of the Leadership & OD Lead, as well as lead on the design, development, configuration, review and implementation of the core culture, OD and transformational leadership programmes (including but not limited to; Middle to Senior Leadership Development, Speaking Up Safely, Staff Listening & Engagement, Staff Recognition and core Culture and Behaviour Work, working with the HR Business Partners) and act as an expert and advocate for OD, Culture & Staff Experience across the Heath Board.

The Leadership & Organisational Development Facilitator will work with key stakeholders across Education & Learning and Careers, Equality & Widening Access to support the achievement of the organisation's long-term strategy on the delivery and deployment of leadership and organisational development approaches to develop our managers and leaders throughout the organisation.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
