Job summary
An exciting key role has arisen for the position of Digital Platform Manager within our innovative Digital Services Directorate at Swansea Bay University Health Board.
The role will oversee and lead the design, development, integration, and support of solutions utilising Microsoft Office 365 platform, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate as required.
At Swansea Bay we want to do things differently, the role will involve shaping and leading significant digital transformation in health and care, building on its Digital Architecture.

Main duties of the job
Design and implement end user platform services/solutions to meet strategic plans and roadmaps, using project management skills to coordinate and report on the delivery of solutions.
Have ownership and management of 365 platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint) - covering design, build, deploy, adopt, operate and optimise.
To operationally manage the Digital Solutions Team, demonstrating effective management and providing robust, efficient and effective digital solutions to the Health Board.
Deputise for the Principal Solutions Architect as required.
As digital solutions specialist, provide advanced technical support and assistance to projects ensuring definition and delivery of requisite non-functional requirements to architectural and roadmap developments.
Provide guidance to team members on developing their personal technical skills and on the implementation of technical solutions.
Engineer and support solutions using all aspects of Microsoft 365 platform, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Exchange Online.
Deliver expert consulting, design and engineering support to teams, services and departments.
Work closely with other digital teams.
Build collaborative partnership with other Health Board's across Wales around the delivery, adoption, operation and optimisation of the 365 platform.
