Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Operations Provisioning Officer to join our team in Digital Services. The Digital Operations Provisioning Officer plays a crucial role in our organisation, ensuring the seamless provision of IT hardware by providing proactive support, coordinating deliveries, and troubleshooting technical issues. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can effectively manage their workload, collaborate with team members, and adhere to agreed deadlines.
Main duties of the job
The Digital Operations Provisioning Officer will be responsible for providing high-level proactive support, coordinating deliveries, and supporting colleagues to provision IT Hardware while managing their own deadlines.
Manage own workload and activities related to the Digital Provisioning Team. Technical troubleshooting of hardware and software issues. Work as part of a team and escalate issues to the Line Manager as appropriate. Ensure that scheduled work is completed within agreed timescales.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
