Over the last 4 years the team have played a pivotal role in helping the organisation with its business intelligence function creating a host of dashboards and models that have provided insight for strategic, managerial and operational decision making. With our services facing unprecedented pressures the team will continue to play a key role in visualising and analysing data in a meaningful and insightful way to ensure data is at the heart of all decision making.
The advanced business intelligence analyst roles offer candidates the opportunity to create analytical outputs including interactive dashboards and modelled output along with other advanced analytics including AI to answer real world problems that NHS services are currently facing.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
The role offers the opportunity to work with stakeholders in order to design, develop, implement and maintain dashboards and other analytical output used within the organisation. There will also be opportunities to work with others in order to create advanced data models using traditional and emergency techniques and technologies in order to answer complex healthcare questions.
It is essential that the post holder has good knowledge of data warehousing and SQL as well as experience and knowledge of developing dashboards and reports within Power BI.
