Main duties of the job
SBUHB Department of Psychiatry and Learning Disabilities has helped many doctors like you to prepare for their first consultant role, either by supporting them to gain on the job experience in the NHS via our comprehensive induction schemes, or by mentoring them through the CESR process to gain consultant status.
