Job summary
The Post Holder will provide administrative/reception service support to facilitate and ensure the smooth, efficient running of the Pre-Assessment service.
Based at Neath Port Talbot Pre-Assessment Unit the post holder will work flexibly across the service to provide administrative and reception support such as the processing of clinic changes, the correct recording of patient pathways, the retrieval/preparation and filing of patient's case notes as and when required.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is organised, possess good communication skills, has a pleasant personality with a positive and flexible approach to work, enjoys working as part of a busy team with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Excellent I.T skills are essential for this role.

Main duties of the job
The Pre-Assessment Unit at Neath Port Talbot unit currently have 2 part time vacancies for Receptionist/Administration.
You will need to be flexible to fall in line with the service requirements.
The reception team provide a professional service that complies with procedural guidelines and quality standards and also responsible for the following duties:
Entering data onto various trust controlled systems.
Full reception duties of the outpatient department.
Speaking to the public over the phone.
Booking outpatient appointments.
Processing patient information.
Ordering, sorting and arranging patient's clinical notes, ensuring they are available when needed.
