The post of Estates Compliance Manager is an exciting opportunity and we are looking for a dynamic, innovative and committed individual.
Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Swansea Bay University Health Board, Estates Team as Estates Compliance Manager.
If you have a good understanding of Estates/ Contract management and compliance standards for healthcare estate and are a strong advocate for quality and safety improvement, then we would welcome your application
The Estates Compliance Manager will be responsible for the supporting the estates function in the delivery of Hard Facilities Management (FM) services. The role will be primarily focused on ensuring that the services are provided in compliance with all relevant statutory and mandatory requirements. The post holder will work closely with the whole Estates and Technical Services Teams, providing advice and support where appropriate.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
