Job summary

The main purpose of this role is to undertake information and data analysis for the Patient Feedback team. This includes Patient Experience and Patient Safety information to support the patient safety agenda of the Health Board. This will include:

  • Developing, updating and maintaining robust patient feedback databases as required
  • Analysing all patient feedback experience to produce robust ward to board reports
  • Data and information interrogation to determine, themes, areas of risk, hot spots and provide exception & assurance reporting
  • Support the responsible officer for the Civica patient experience software reporting tool
  • Provide training and support to staff across all areas of the Health Board on the Civica system and reports to ensure staff are capable and competent in its use.
  • Responsible for development and update of the Civica system, Patient
  • Experience with Websitesand developing Digital Stories, patient leaflets and maintaining SharePoint sites

Main duties of the job

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, competent and experienced support officer to join the Patient Experience Team.

This position requires someone who has experience of working using their own initiative, who is a team player, organised and is able to work well under pressure. This position also requires good communication skills and the ability to meet the demands of working in a busy environment.

The post holder will be responsible for delivering projects, work streams withinagreed and specified timescales to meet service key performance indicators (KPI)and will;
  • Work autonomously manage and prioritise own work load
  • Assist in planning and performing information & data reporting solutions anddemonstrations.
  • Plan and produce/develop guidance reports for clear understanding of datascoring ensuring information is shared timely and within date.
  • Work with Patient Experience Manager to deliver the patient experience workplan and strategy.
