Job summary

Exciting opportunity for a full time Band 5 Community Nurse to join a busy Community team, to ensure the health needs of people with learning disabilities are met.

Main duties of the job

The Bridgend CLDT is looking for an enthusiastic Band 5 Community Learning Disability Nurse to join their busy team.

The CLDT covers a diverse population and is passionate about reducing health inequalities and improving health.

The successful applicant will be part of the current plans to modernise community services.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
