Job summary
Band 5 nurse on Fendrod, 20 bedded male acute assessment/ treatment ward. You will work amongst a team of experienced and new staff. Developing the role of a treatment ward.
Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated band 5 Registered Nurse to join a developingUnscheduled Care team within Tawe Clinic. This role will be based on Fendrod Ward which is an all male Acute Assessment ward.
You will be expected to undertake the role of key nurse for individual patients providing assessment, implementation and evaluation of individuals patient centred care and treatment.
You will form part of the multidisciplinary team to ensure an excellent standard of care is providedwhich iscollaborative, evidence based and recovery focused.
Candidates are encouraged to contact the ward manager to discuss the post further prior to interview.
