Main duties of the job

Taffs Well Medical Centre is looking for an enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant (Healthcare Support Worker) to work as part of their friendly, experienced team of 2 nurses who work with the HCA to deliver excellent care to @7000

Experience in General Practice and a Healthcare Support Worker qualification is desirable, but not essential as all appropriate training will be given.

The entire clinical team works at both Taffs Well Medical Centre and Castle View Surgery. Regular team meetings and a supportive, inclusive and approachable team of doctors, alongside an organised administrative team with dedicated IT staff helps to create a satisfying role, which encourages professional and personal development.

Salary is negotiable

 This post is subject to the Rehabilitations of Offenders CT (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions at an enhanced level.
