Job summary

Salaried GP - 6 session - Permanent

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed salaried GP to join our growing practice team

Established friendly 5 Partner training practice (registrars and medical students) with a growing list size (currently 13,650 patients)

The successful candidate will be employed by the GP Practice/Medical Centre, not Cwm Taf University Health Board

Main duties of the job

  • Late start (10am) and early finish (4pm) once weekly (based on 6 session salaried GP)
  • 7 weeks leave inclusive of annual and study leave
  • 1 On-call session per week
  • Minimal administrative responsibilities
    • Staff workflow all letters
    • Pharmacy team consisting of 2 pharmacist and 3 pharmacy technicians who manage repeat scripts, medication queries, medication reviews/reauthorisation and medication reconciliation
  • Low home visit rate
