Are you an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with a passion for pharamcy operations? We are seeking a Pharmacy Operational Support Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of pharmacy services.
This is a key role providing project and managerial support across a wide range of activities across the pharmacy department. You will work closely with teams to ensure efficient service delivery and support the strategic goals of the department.
Main duties of the job
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide project support for service improvement initiatives and operational planning.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on activity levels and waiting times, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting to stakeholders.
- Oversee and coordinate the on-call service, including rota planning and issue resolution.
- Line manage administrative and clerical staff, supporting their development and ensuring high standards of performance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance operational efficiency and excellent patient care.
