Job summary
The postholder will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the clinical team in supporting the Prison In-Reach and Forensic Team.
The role involves delivering a wide range of secretarial and administrative services to support day-to-day operational needs, contributing to a cohesive, whole-team approach aimed at enhancing patient care and service delivery.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide dedicated secretarial support to the Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist and other medical doctors within the team, as well as general administrative support to other team members, including two Community Psychiatric Nurses (CPNs) and two Custody Practitioners.
This unique and fast-paced role will cover the following service areas:
HMP Parc In-reach, Community Forensic, and Forensic referral and opinion.

- NVQIII Business Administration or willingness to work towards
- RSAII Typing or equivalent relevant experience
- ECDL or equivalent
- Ability to transfer IT skills to new applications
