Job summary
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our team of Endoscopy Clerical staff in the Princess of Wales Hospital.
The successful candidate will be required to have a good standard of education, be extremely organised, able to use a range of IT systems and able to adapt to competing priorities whilst maintaining a high level of competence.

Main duties of the job
To be responsible for the day to day co-ordination of all Endoscopy appointments and Outpatient Clinics within the Endoscopy Unit working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring the right patient attends the right clinic, on the right day at the right time: in addition to have responsibility for the preparation of all case notes adhering to departmental policy and the provision of a high quality reception service for all patients, their families, carers and any other visitors to the department.
To be responsible for the management of the partial booking wizard and to assist and support the Manager and junior staff within the department, also providing cover for reception on a rotational basis.
You may be required to travel between Hospital sites within the Health Board, in a timely manner as directed.
