Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Ward Manager to work as part of our dedicated team within Ty-Llidiard.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, innovative and enthusiastic, who can demonstrate an eagerness for the ongoing development of the service.
Ty-Llidiard is a 15 bedded unit, consisting of a general ward and an extra care area. It caters for young people aged 12-18 who require assessment and treatment for serious mental illness.
Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will have experience of working in a Tier 4 CAMHS inpatient setting and will demonstrate and lead dynamic and innovative practice.
The service strives to provide high quality inpatient mental health care and the post holder would be expected to demonstrate leadership and resilience in the face of day to day clinical, managerial and professional demands of the role whilst working as part of a large MDT and at a multi-agency level with community stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate they have the skills, knowledge and experience to provide clinical leadership and operational management of the service.
