We have an exciting opportunity for a enthusiastic person with administrative skills and knowledge and excellent people skills to join our small admin team supporting our Speech and Language Therapy Service across the Health Board.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will lead a small team of administrative staff carrying out a range of admin duties including managing referrals, contacting patients, relatives and a range of professionals and using Health Board electronic systems to enable the smooth running of the busy, friendly department. Hours are 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
The post holder will have line management responsibility for the staff in the team including overseeing attendance, annual leave and performance reviews.
