30 hours per week
Worked over 7 days including bank holidays
This post is fixed term for 12 months due to the needs of the service.

Main duties of the job
We have opportunity for a receptionist post based in the Princess of Wales Hospital
We are looking for a friendly, approachable individual to join our emergency medicine team to provide a comprehensive and high quality reception and administrative support.
The post holder will be professional and have experience in a wide spectrum of reception and administrative duties.

- Good standard of Education (At least 4 GCSEs 'C' grade or above)
- NVQ III or the equivalent level of Knowledge, Training or Experience
- Computer literate
- Understanding of Office Software packages

- Knowledge of patient information systems

- Working using own initiative and as part of a team
- Being able to determine priorities
- Previous experience in a customer facing/admin & clerical role
