Job summary

To provide a comprehensive clerical, reception service to the National Imaging Academy Wales.

The post holder will work as part of the team to ensure that a high quality service is delivered efficiently and effectively.At all times the post holder will be expected to use discretion, sensitivity and deal with information in a confidential and professional manner.

This post is fixed term for 12 months to cover the needs of the service.

Main duties of the job

To provide professional, efficient, and accurate administrative support to the National Imaging Academy Wales. The primary function of this role will involve reception support.

The role also includes general administrative tasks including booking hospital appointments, using electronic patient systems, and dealing with patient notes.

You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of care to our patients whilst ensuring queries are dealt with in a professional manner supporting the work of the National Imaging Academy in the provision of an efficient and effective service.

The post holder will work independently, within standard operating practices to deliver a comprehensive administrative/support function for the National Imaging Academy.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
