Job summary

The Integrated Medicine Directorate is looking for an Administration Support Manager to join our team at the Princess of Wales Hospital.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to problem solve and work well as part of a team.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will work with the Directorate Management Team in overseeing the junior medical workforce at the Princess of Wales Hospital. This will include roster management, recruitment, absence monitoring and locum usage where appropriate.

The postholder will also be responsible for the line management of the administrative team within Integrated Medicine at the Princess of Wales Hospital.

The postholder will also provide operational support to the directorate in supporting the delivery of services and associated performance indicators.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
