Registered Nurse - Ward 16, Bridgend Clinic, POW

Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Band 5 registered nurses to join a new elective surgical ward . Ward 16 covers a wide range of specialities including, but not limited to, General Surgery, ENT, Urology, Gynaecology and Orthopaedic.

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that all policies and procedures are observed, and meet Cwm Taf Morgannwg UHB requirements, as well as NMC Standards and Codes of Conduct.

The post holder may be asked to work collaboratively across our surgical areas, and may be expected to work in AESU and Bridgend Clinic.

The successful candidates will have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high quality person centred care.
