Job summary
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join our Acute Inpatient Team in developing Same Day Emergency Care and Frailty Services in Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board(CTMUHB).
The post holder will be a skilled and experienced practitioner and will be able to demonstrate a high level of clinical expertise and experience of supervising staff/students.
Acting within their professional boundaries, the post holder will provideholistic person centered assessment, demonstrate advanced clinical reasoning and decision making skills. They will be able to determine a differential diagnosis followed by appropriate treatment and evaluation of care provided.
Main duties of the job
We at CTMUHB put patients and staff at the centre and have a vision to provide quality care and improved health for all. We wish to recruit staff that believe and practice our Values and Behaviours.
As an autonomous practitioner you will use highly specialist physiotherapy knowledge and advanced clinical reasoning skills to manage a complex caseload.
