Job summary
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to work as an Administrative Co-ordinate for Flying Start Services across Rhondda, Cynon, Taff. The successful candidate will need to be forward thinking and be able to provide a full range of administrative duties and have the ability to collect and input statistical information on Health Visiting activity in line with local requirements.
This post is fixed term/secondment for 3 years due to funding. If you are interested in applying for the secondment position, you must obtain permission from your current line manager prior to applying for this post.
Main duties of the job
To Support the Health Visiting Service within Flying Start.
To be responsible for setting up data bases, to capture all aspects of activity of team members.
To Co-ordinate all staff generated returns e.g. Health Visitor contact made with families
To set up a personal filing system for all information.
Arrange meetings as directed by the Care Group Management
Liaise with all levels of staff across the health board and local authority
To Co-ordinate the datasheet submission of Health Visitors to the Local Authority in the timescales provided
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
