Main duties of the job
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of our Patient Flow team at the Princess of Wales Hospital, Bridgend. We are looking for 2 enthusiastic and highly organised Band 7 Clinical Site Managers who have the ability to develop professional relationships with local teams and across organisational boundaries. The role is in a fast-paced moving environment. The post holders must be dedicated to delivering a high standard of care and optimising patient safety by ensuring patients are allocated to the right place first time.
The Clinical Site Managers are responsible for the day-to day operational management of inpatient flow and site/ bed management (24/7). The post holders will have excellent communication and leadership skills and have the ability to work on their own initiative.
The roles will be desirable to anyone who wishes to develop their career and consolidate their experience. The post holders will receive excellent support and development to enable them to effectively manage hospital operations and ensure patient safety (24/7).
