Job summary
We have exciting opportunities for motivated, determined and enthusiastic physiotherapists to join our team in Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board. We welcome applications from the 2023 new graduate cohort.
This is a rotational post across the Health Board including T&O, Care of the Elderly, ITU/Respiratory, Acute Medical, Neurological rehabilitation, Acute Stroke, Inpatient Rehabilitation, Pediatrics, Outpatients and Community Reablement. the post holder would be expected to provide assessment and treatment to a range of acute patients.
Main duties of the job
Each rotation will offer the post holder an opportunity to participate in the training and development of staff. Excellent problem solving and communication skills are essential. With a dynamic 'can do' approach, you will have the opportunity to participate in service improvement and work in a fast paced environment. Teaching, supervision, support and training will be part of your role.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
