Job summary

To support the Directorate Management Team in the development and delivery of the Older Peoples Mental Health Services Services. Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff working across both service areas. To support the Head of Mental Health Nursing in ensuring the highest standard of care and treatment.

Main duties of the job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for anenthusiastic and motivated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join the Mental Health Clinical Service Group Management Team in Bridgend.

The portfolio of services for this post includes all older peoples Mentak health Services in Bridgend

Candidates should have management experience within the field of Mental Health and a patient centred, recovery focused approach to Nursing.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
