Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, dynamic, inspirational and experienced Specialist Nurse Band 5 to develop further skills in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. The appointee will be working full time as part of the CTM CAMHS Community Intensive Therapy Team. We would welcome applications from people who are suitably qualified.

Main duties of the job

The main role of the post holder will be to provide support with clinical assessments and treatment plans for cases

The post holder will have a small caseload working alongside the other nurses in the team and Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist. The appointee will also liaise with partner agencies in education, Local Authority and Health when required as part of the management of the cases. The post holder will work closely with the Band 7 team lead Clinical Nurse Specialist, the other Nurses, Health Care Support Workers, Dietitian and Secretary for the team.
