Job summary
Annual Salary: £32,306.0037.5 hours a week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished and highly motivated manager, with strategic vision, to join this established and highly respected medical practice. Candidates must be conscientious, provide solid leadership and have a sound knowledge of business management, project management, finance, planning, public relations and HR. The successful candidate will need to able to work collaboratively with the GP partners, Hywel Dda Health Board & Cluster group to develop and implement strategies.We are looking for a confident and resilient individual with excellent communication skills. Individuals should be adaptive, able to understand and respond to the diverse and dynamic nature of the role and will be able to balance the needs of the practice with ever changing challenges of providing health care.Candidates must be conscientious, confident, pragmatic and eloquent, with the passion, integrity and initiative to drive success. Previous management experience, leadership skills, competency in office IT and effective communication skills at all levels are essential. Supported by dedicated administrative and clinical teams, you will also have the vision, willingness and drive to adapt to NHS & Welsh Government targets.
