Main duties of the job
A Registered Practitioner who will support the perioperative team by providing skilled assistance in Scrub.
An ability to apply theory to practice to provide a high standard of perioperative care to all patients, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to.
Able to work as a member of the operating team. Once fully competent this will include an out-of-hours and on call commitment.
Once competent, be able to lead a team in an operating theatre utilising excellent communication skills to ensure efficiency and expediency whilst maintaining safe and effective care.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
